The fastest way to reach the Upside team is wherever your team already works. Here's how to get in touch.

Slack

• Our primary channel. We set up a shared Slack channel with every customer.
• Best place for questions, requests, day-to-day updates, and to communicate with the people who already know your account.
• No channel yet? Contact your Upside rep, and we'll get one going.

Microsoft Teams

If your organization runs on Teams, we can set up a shared channel there too. Your Teams messages come through to us on Slack, so nothing gets lost and you don't have to leave your tools.

To set it up:

1. In Microsoft Entra, go to External Identities → Cross-tenant access settings.
2. Add Upside and allow inbound B2B direct connect with the Office 365 app.
3. Create the shared channel and add us.
