  • The Web Page Report Card page displays metrics for a single selected web page.
  • Cards can be dragged into your preferred order.
  • Cards are filterable by Account, Opportunity and Touchpoint Date.

Channel Selector

  • Use this drop-down menu to select which web page channel should be considered as ‘engagements’ for the purposes of reporting.
  • The report card will remember which statuses you select for a given web page, and use the same selection on future visits.
    • Note: this is stored locally in your browser, which means your selections will not be persisted across devices or to other members of your team.

Metrics Reference

The Web Page Report Card page provides cards for each of the metrics below.

Accounts engagedCount of accounts where any person viewed this page.
Total engagementsCount of total page views for this web page (may include more than one per person). Excludes any page views from your own team.
People engagedCount of people who viewed this page. Excludes any people from your own team.
Deal contacts engagedCount of people who viewed this page and have been in the buying group for any opportunity. Includes buying group associations via both CRM contact roles and Upside's healed buying groups. Excludes any people from your own team.
Opportunities influencedCount and total amount of opportunities influenced by this web page.
Won opportunities influencedCount and total amount of won opportunities influenced by this web page.
Opportunities with activation milestone citationCount of opportunities where AI analysis identified this web page's touchpoints as influential in opportunity activation.
Won opportunities with activation milestone citationCount of won opportunities where AI analysis identified this web page's touchpoints as influential in opportunity activation.
Opportunities created post-engagementCount and total amount of opportunities that were created after page view.
Opportunities influenced in-cycleCount and total amount of opportunities influenced by this web page during their active cycle.
Progressed opportunitiesCount and total amount of opportunities that progressed after page view.
Accounts activatedCount of accounts that had no engagement at any time prior to viewing this web page.
Accounts reactivatedCount of accounts that had no engagement for 90 days prior to viewing this web page.
Accounts engaged outside opportunity cycleCount of accounts where all page views happened while no matching opportunity was open.
Webpage active daysNumber of days between the first and last page view for this webpage.

  • You can filter the results by using the header of any of the columns and select/deselect the visible columns and metrics.
  • You can click on any page name to view more details.
